FAQ

Can I play without a microphone?

Yes. Solo and multiplayer both work without voice. In a room, choose Join voice only when you want to chat. You can mute or disconnect at any time.

How do I invite a friend?

Choose Play with friends, enter an alias and create a room. Send its six-digit code or invitation link to your friends. With 2–6 players ready, the host can start. Share invitations only with people you want in the room.

Why did all my candy disappear?

Lily caught you stealing while she was looking. She takes every candy, including those already in your pockets. Release during her warning, wait for her to turn away, then try again.

Is my score shared automatically?

No. At the end you can keep it private, submit a name and score to the leaderboard, or create an anonymous challenge link. Publishing a score and sharing a challenge are separate choices.

Can I pause, and why is there no music in a room?

Solo pauses when you open the guide or leave the tab. Multiplayer continues for everyone. The solo music toggle is in the header; rooms keep music off so voice chat is easier to hear.

Can I use a mouse, keyboard or touchscreen?

Yes. Hold the big button or the game scene with your mouse or finger, or hold Space on your keyboard. Release to stop stealing and pocket the candy. Use Tab to move between controls; use arrow keys to choose a difficulty.

How is my score counted?

Each candy is one point. The counter includes candy in your hands and pockets; releasing does not count it twice. Holding longer increases your grabbing speed. At zero seconds, all candy you still have counts. In a room, the highest total wins; equal scores tie.

How does the leaderboard work?

It shows the top 20 submitted scores, highest first. Solo and friends, across all difficulties, share one board. Equal scores share a rank. After a round, choose Submit score and enter a public name, or Keep private. Your local best stays in this browser and is separate from the public board.

What changes with difficulty?

Hard gives you less warning and faster, less predictable turns. Easy gives you more time to react. Every round lasts 60 seconds. Your local best is tracked separately for each difficulty, while the public leaderboard combines all difficulties.
